Therapist Review Team

The quick “how to review” process:

  • Once you visit the above linked page, you will see a column on the left of the applicants to review. Click on one person’s name and their information will show to the right. Please read through the info provided.

  • After you have read through, you will see 2 reference buttons near the bottom. Please click each to read their references.

  • Once you have reviewed all information and references, you will click the green button and do the quick review. The review itself is very simple. It’s a yes/no/need more info question.

    • If you think they would be a good fit, it’s a simple “yes” and submit. If you think they would not be a good fit, you will be given the opportunity to explain why. If you need more info, please click that and explain what you are looking for.

    • Keep in mind…we have vetted the applicant and know their license is current and they are allowed to practice in their state. What we are looking for is your “feeling” of whether or not they would serve their clients well by offering scholarship opportunities. If something feels “off”, please let us know. Also keep in mind…this is not a job interview, so we aren’t looking to get too nitty gritty with their info. We understand and respect therapists to serve their clients well, even if it’s not exactly how we would do that in our own practices. Hopefully that is helpful to you in considering the candidates! 

  • Once you review a candidate, move down to the next one, if any others are there, and do the same process.) All candidates will stay on that view until I have received at least 2 complete reviews for them, so don’t worry about reviewing anyone a second time if you still see them on the list.
