Initial Scholarship Request

Request a scholarship for a client. This is a first time request for a new GROW Restored client.

We do not take direct applications from any client, so it is your responsibility to refer your client using this link. Please do not tell clients to contact us to apply for scholarship funds. We will reject any applications that come to us without a prior referral.

Additional Funding Request

Request additional funding for an existing GROW restored client.

Additional scholarship requests are limited to one per existing client in order to provide funds for more applicants. Please do note recommend your client apply for a new scholarship if they have already received funds, as it will be a lot of work for them and they will be denied for duplication.

Scholarship Payments

Getting Paid for Scholarship Sessions

Please make sure you have submitted a current W9 to us.

We utilize the W9 to invite you to our payment processor, Gusto. You will receive an email directly from Gusto to set up your account. Please make sure to add a valid routing and bank account number so we can direct deposit to you every month. We are unable to send physical checks. Gusto also handles all tax reporting, so you will receive your 1099 directly from them each January for the prior year’s payments issued.

Make sure you submit an entry for every session per client.

We need to receive all session entries for the prior month by the 5th of the following month. That gives us time to record and process all information in our system and get your payment to you as soon as possible. Any session entries made after the 5th for the prior month may be at risk of non-payment.

Please monitor your client’s scholarship balance.

We do our best to monitor balances as they get lower, but it is up to you to make sure you know exactly how much money your client has left on their scholarship. You were sent an Airtable link that lists all of your scholarships and current balances. If you do not have access to that, please email us. If you invoice for an amount over the scholarship, we will not be able to pay the overage. You are always welcome to request one additional round of funding if you feel your client would benefit from additional funds. Additional funds are not guaranteed, however, as we seek to be able to grant scholarships to as many people as possible.
